Services & payment
Prices are as listed on the Services page or in a written quote. Strategy Sessions and Audits are paid when booked. Builds require a deposit [TODO: deposit %], with the balance due on delivery [TODO: confirm].
Credits
The Strategy Session fee is credited toward any build booked within 30 days. The Systems Audit fee is credited toward a build within 60 days [TODO: full or 50%].
Rescheduling & refunds
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session [TODO: confirm policy and refunds].
90-Day Sprint guarantee
If the systems agreed in the written scope aren't live within 90 days of kickoff, your deposit is refunded. [TODO: exact conditions, e.g. client provides timely access and feedback]
Retainers

Ownership
